Superior Cotton Free Fit stretch fabrics and Superior Cotton and XLA fabrics with all kinds of function finishing. We also produce 100% Linen & Cotton/Linen piece dyed and yarn dyed fabrics for our top brand.
Our weaving mills produce from yarn count 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 100s single yarn, 60s/2, 80s/2, 100s/2, 120s/2, 140s/2, 200s/2 two ply shirting fabrics with fine Poplin, Twill, Oxford, Dobby or Jacquard designs.
Our finishing mills produce soft finishing, Easy Care finishing, Wrinkle Free Finishing, Non-iron fabric finishing, Peaching finishing, Nano Spills finishing, and Nano Coolest and Comfort finishing, we are also happy to offer special finishing like UV cut, Teflon etc according the customer’s requirements.
Our Quality Control Department is fully equipped with advanced testing equipment, fabric tear and tensile strength testing , colour fastness testing, Durable Press testing, pilling and abrasion testing as per USA AATCC, Japanese JIS, ISO Standards, or we can arrange according the customer’s chosen method of testing.
Most of our machines and equipment are made in Germany, Switzerland and Japan, including most of our materials like dye stuff, the chemical auxiliary agent etc, which guarantee our bulk goods are a superior quality.
